NBC chief Jeff Zucker proudly tells the November issue of W Magazine that he wants people to underestimate his network. “That’s the best position to be in,” he says. “Then we come out with ‘Joey.’ ”
Would that be the same “Joey” that pulled in a lowly 12.6 million viewers last Thursday night and was steamrolled – yet again – by “Survivor: Vanuatu”?

Deborah Roberts, Tamara Tunie (“Law & Order: SVU”), Judge Glenda Hatchett and Ch. 2’s Roz Abrams are among the panelists participating in Friday’s “Women Who Are Shaping the World” Leadership Summit, sponsored by Essence magazine.
The summit, which unfolds at The Pierre Hotel, will offer African American women the opportunity to “share the truths and strategies necessary to succeed personally and professionally.”
Other panelists include CNBC’s Sharon Epperson, Iyanla Vanzant, Ann Fudge and Arianna Huffington.
