Created by chef Stanley Wong, this dreamy concoction mixes vanilla vodka and a specially prepared galangal (that’s a type of ginger) ale.
It’s like drinking your favorite perfume laced with a gingery kick. That’s a good thing.
So belly up to the upstairs bar, lose yourself in the mesmerizing mural backdrop – Is it braided auburn hair? Rusty paint strokes? A bunch of cigars? – and start sipping.
