It’s not going to be a very merry Christmas for “Teen Mom” Amber Portwood this year.

The MTV reality star is back in jail after violating the terms of her probation, reports the Herald Bulletin.

Portwood’s brother Shawn told E! that she was put behind bars after cops searched her house, in response to her having skipped out on a recent probation hearing.

During the search, authorities found some “old pills,” which Portwood is said to have claimed were from a previous prescription, although she could not produce any proof.

Her suicidal tendencies and abuse of prescription drugs were listed as reasons for her arrest in the probation department documents, which recommended that she be held in jail without bond until her Jan. 13 hearing. If convicted, she could spend up to two years in jail.
