What do actor Terry Crews, rapper Pitbull, Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell and author Gary J. Bishop have in common? They were all accused of failing to give back speaking fees after their engagements in Canada were canceled due to COVID-19.

A company called Power Within had lined up Crews and Pitbull for a March event in Montreal, shelling out $42,000 to the actor and more than $112,000 to the rapper, while Luttrell got $25,000 to appear at the same event, the firm said in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.

Bishop got $20,000 to appear at the Montreal event and a second in Winnipeg in May.

Other entertainers and personalities whose events were scrapped after coronavirus lockdowns were put in place repaid their speaking fees, including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Power Within said.

After inquiries from The Post about the case, a lawyer for Power Within said the matter “has been amicably resolved.”
