THE TALE OF TWO DEEDS
“Mr. Deeds Goes to Town” is director Frank Capra’s 1936 evergreen about an everyman named Longfellow Deeds, from the small town of Mandrake Falls, who inherits a fortune from a distant relative.
Now it has been remade as “Mr. Deeds.”
