Take a deep breath, people — Honey Boo Boo’s “Watch ’n’ Sniff” episode was a hit.
The episode, which aired Wednesday night — and doubled as “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo’s” second-season premiere — pulled in nearly 3 million viewers on TLC.
It featured a bevy of scents that viewers at home could experience by scratching and sniffing cards that were inserted into several national magazines.
Viewers were prompted with a number that flashed on the screen and which corresponded with a number on their card.
Among the smells were baby lotion, a train, pork and beans, butter, a Go Kart (burnt rubber) and a chocolate cupcake.
The show’s 2.9 million viewers was way above last season’s average (2.3 million). The series, which was spun off from “Toddlers & Tiaras,” revolves around the Georgia-based Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, her large-and-in-charge mom June and dad Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson.
