If the new WB sitcom “Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane” takes off, network programmers everywhere are sure to get hit with a bad case of the why-didn’t-we-think-of-this-sooner blues.

That’s because the concept behind the sprightly comedy, which premieres Dunday at 9 p.m., fuses two successful TV formulas: Think os it as “Friends” meets “Dawson’s Creek.”
