This woman’s nails are 23-inches long — believe it or not!

Ayanna Williams is the proud owner of some of the world’s lengthiest back scratchers and loves showing them off in public to astonished onlookers.

Her nails were put on display in London recently during the launch of “Reality Shock!” — the 2015 Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! book, Barcroft Media reports.
