Carmelo Anthony was at Knicks practice Wednesday after hyperextending his knee Monday and resting Tuesday.
The Knicks and Anthony had both downplayed, and he was expected to return Wednesday, and could play in the preseason opener Saturday against the Nets.

Bill Walker continues to miss time with a groin injury that could turn into a lingering issue.

Renaldo Balkman, who was spared the amnesty waiver because the Knicks used it on Chauncey Billups, also missed practice with a sprained ankle.
