Eddy Curry was given custody of his 3-year-old son Noah last night by a Cook County judge. Noah had been in the custody of his grandmother, Yolan Henry, who had told a newspaper just hours earlier that she intended to flee with the child.

Curry had been present at the courthouse last night, but refused comment after Judge Fe Fernandez’ ruling. His son had been in Henry’s cusyody since Curry’s ex-girlfriend (Nova) and their infant daughter (Ava) had been murdered in their Chicago home.
