Nick Young clearly didn’t remember Jason Pierre-Paul’s fireworks accident (or watch his PSA video) before this Fourth of July weekend.

The Lakers guard, hosting a July 4 party at his Los Angeles home, foolishly picked up a firework with his right hand and let it explode over his head.

Young appears unconcerned as he flaunts the lit fuse to his screaming friends. Suddenly, but not all that surprisingly, the firework goes off and sends Young running as he grabs his hand.

Young was fortunate to avoid injury in the accident after the Giants star mutilated his right hand in a similar fireworks incident last July 4.

Young is no stranger to poor decision-making. His former fiancée Iggy Azalea, who dumped him on June 20 after cheating rumors swirled, saved him from inking a misspelled tattoo across his back in May.
