DENVER — MSG Network broadcaster Walt Frazier told The Post his remarks to the Warriors radio station questioning Kristaps Porzingis not playing Tuesday against Golden State were made without knowing all the facts.

Frazier was quoted on the Warriors’ pregame show saying Porzingis should have played, especially because it was the night he was voted to his first All-Star team.

Frazier, the analyst on the network’s Knicks telecasts, told The Post he had just come to the arena and was informed Porzingis wasn’t playing and hadn’t been given details about the knee injury he had suffered at the practice the day before.

“I was told he was resting and didn’t know there was an injury,’’ Frazier said. “That’s a mitigating factor.’’

Porzingis returned to the lineup Thursday against the Nuggets, saying his “knee irritation’’ had healed.
