It was a debate made for Twitter. An argument about semantics.

Steelers tight end Eric Ebron and former Steelers defensive back Ryan Clark went back and forth over what the ESPN analyst said or didn’t say on the air leading up to the showdown against the Ravens.

After Clark credited his former team with a huge win to remain undefeated, and praised the job done by head coach Mike Tomlin, Ebron started the back and forth, claiming at first Clark picked against Pittsburgh.

“u just said last week we was gone lose 😂.. @ZBNFL I couldn’t hold it in anymore sorry,” Ebron tweeted, tagging teammate Zach Banner.

Clark went right back at him, adamant he had picked the Steelers to win, and asked Ebron to prove it. Ebron then shifted the conversation to Clark not having the Steelers as his No. 1 team. Clark did slot Pittsburgh No. 3 in his weekly NFL power rankings behind the Buccaneers and Chiefs.

“u might have picked us to win because u played here. u didn’t have us as your #1 team after the titans win 🙄 u know the TV be on in the training room lol.. u was slight hating,” Ebron tweeted.

Clark didn’t push it too much, thankfully, advising Ebron to make sure he was right next time before airing someone out.
