Johnny Manziel is officially done with Ohio.

Cleveland’s former quarterback put his spacious home in Avon, Ohio, on the market for $489,900, after purchasing the pad more than a year ago for $438,400, per Realtor.com.

Boasting three-and-a-half bedrooms and four baths, the colonial-style estate resides on a golf course just 22 minutes away from the Browns’ Berea facility.

Might Cleveland’s newest savior (and presumed starter) Robert Griffin III be in search of a prime property?

Manziel moved into the suburban spread last year after his stint in rehab, and planned for it to be a sanctuary from his partying lifestyle. The digs are certainly family-friendly compared to his villa of destruction south of the border.

“Nice, old people everywhere. If you don’t tuck in your shirt, they’ll come out and [say], ‘Hey, please.’ So, yeah, it’s pretty different,” former teammate Paul Kruger told Cleveland.com last year of the Avon neighborhood, comparing it to Manziel’s rookie apartment in the city.

It didn’t work out. Manziel resumed a destructive lifestyle toward the end of 2015 and was released by the Browns after two disastrous seasons. The 23-year-old is currently out of football and facing charges in his home state of Texas for allegedly assaulting ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley.

Check out some of Manziel’s most self-destructive behavior:
