Michael Sam is looking for a new home – again.

The first openly gay player drafted into the NFL was cut from the Cowboys’ practice squad on Tuesday, NFL Network reported, ending a six-week stint with Dallas.

The former Missouri star was drafted in the seventh round (249th overall) by the Rams after being projected as high as the fourth round, but was cut Aug. 30 in the final round of preseason cuts.

After the Cowboys beat the Giants on Sunday, owner Jerry Jones told reporters Sam’s sexual orientation is “a dead issue.”
