The Serby Mock 4.0 features picks 1-25, with 5.0 to include the entire first round on Draft Day, April 28.

In this one, we have the Giants passing on running back Ezekiel Elliott, a pass rusher, a cornerback, a linebacker and a wide receiver with the 10th pick, with the thinking being that Eli Manning remains the most indispensable Giant.

A pass rusher to bolster Jerry Reese’s free agent windfall and a wide receiver to complement Odell Beckham Jr. will wait until the second and third rounds.

As for the Jets, I considered left tackle Jason Spriggs with the 20th pick, but the Serby Big Board — it’s actually a little board, if you really want to know — had a higher rated player available to general manager Mike Maccagnan.

Between now and the draft, we will do what we can to sneak into each team’s war room under cover of darkness to get a better idea.

1. Titans: Laremy Tunsil

OT, Mississippi

Defensive back Jalen Ramsey is in the discussion, but protecting franchise quarterback Marcus Mariota makes so much sense.

2. Browns: Carson Wentz

QB, North Dakota State

If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again to find your franchise quarterback. If new coach Hue Jackson is a quarterback whisperer he will be whispering to this stud once it’s time to move on from Robert Griffin III.

3. Chargers: DeForest Buckner

DE, Oregon

An incredible hulking run-stuffer alongside Brandon Mebane.

4. Cowboys: Jalen Ramsey

CB/S, Florida State

Deion Sanders makes an impassioned plea to Jerry Jones to pass on Joey Bosa for an impact player from Day 1 wherever coordinator Rod Marinelli decides to play him.

5. Jaguars: Myles Jack

LB, UCLA

Free-agent DE Malik Jackson, 2015 first-rounder OLB Dante Fowler, old friend CB Prince Amukamara, and now this multifaceted athlete who can replace Paul Posluszny on passing downs and even line up as a box safety on run downs.

Joey BosaAPJoey BosaAP

6. Ravens: Joey Bosa

DE, Ohio State

Maybe he reminds GM Ozzie Newsome of a young Jared Allen or Ryan Kerrigan, maybe he doesn’t. No matter, he needs an infusion of new blood with Terrell Suggs and Elvis Dumervil entering the twilight.

7. 49ers: Jared Goff

QB, California

New coach Chip Kelly can’t bank his future on Blaine Gabbert … or a disgruntled Colin Kaepernick, for that matter.

8. Eagles: Ronnie Stanley

OT, Notre Dame

A future bookend for Lane Johnson now that Jason Peters is 34.

9. Buccaneers: Leonard Floyd

OLB, Georgia

It’s way past time to get after Drew Brees, Cam Newton and Matt Ryan.

10. Giants: Jack Conklin

OT, Michigan State

GM Jerry Reese cannot afford a mistake, and this is a safe , nasty Big 10 Ten mauler who fills a huge hole at RT opposite Ereck Flowers.

11. Bears: Ezekiel Elliott

RB, Ohio State

If he’s not the most complete back since Adrian Peterson, he’s the most complete back since Todd Gurley, so move over, Jeremy Langford.

Darron LeeAPDarron LeeAP

12. Saints: Darron Lee

LB, Ohio State

It only seems as if they haven’t covered running backs and tight ends since the Archie Manning Era.

13. Dolphins: Vernon Hargreaves III

CB, Florida

He may be only 5-foot-10 or so, but this is the best cover corner in the draft, and someone has to line up opposite Byron Maxwell now that Mr. and Mrs. Brent Grimes are gone.

14. Raiders: Sheldon Rankins

DT, Louisville

An Aaron Donaldesque interior disrupter who will make Khalil Mack that much more dangerous.

15. Rams: Paxton Lynch

QB, Memphis

Case Keenum is the bridge to Hollywood Paxton in Los Angeles.

16. Lions: Taylor Decker

OT, Ohio State

Matthew Stafford won’t have the luxury anymore of getting rid of the ball quickly to Calvin Johnson, and he has taken enough of a beating lately, thank you very much.

17. Falcons: Shaq Lawson

DE, Clemson

Coach Dan Quinn didn’t solve his pass-rush dilemma simply by drafting former Tiger Vic Beasley in the first round last year.

18. Colts: Kevin Dodd

DE, Clemson

Coach Chuck Pagano has too many thirtysomethings chasing after Blake Bortles, Marcus Mariota and now Brock Osweiler.

19. Bills: Laquon Treadwell

WR, Mississippi

A big possession receiver to complement Sammy Watkins would give Tyrod Taylor a better chance to make his case.

20. Jets: Eli Apple

CB, Ohio State

Unless you think Dee Milliner is the answer replacing Antonio Cromartie. Darrelle Revis will help speed up the learning process.

21. Redskins: Jarran Reed

DT, Alabama

The Pot Roast Era has sadly come to an end, so GM Scot McCloughan shores up a run defense that was gashed for a 4.8-yard average in 2015.

22. Texans: Corey Coleman

WR, Baylor

A burner to pair with DeAndre Hopkins.

23. Vikings: Josh Doctson

WR, TCU

Tracks the deep ball well, and boy, does Teddy Bridgewater need a guy who can track the deep ball well.

24. Bengals: Will Fuller

WR, Notre Dame

Sure, he drops the ball from time to time, but he runs a 4.32, and Marvin Jones and Mohamed Sanu have left the building.

25. Steelers: William Jackson III

CB, Houston

They haven’t drafted a cornerback in the first round since 1997 (Chad Scott), and coach Mike Tomlin was at his Pro Day.
