Including the 1997-2013 seasons in The Post, Cat’s record in print stands at 501-426 (54 percent) against the spread.

Saturday

WISCONSIN (-27) Bowling Green: This is an utter ground-game mismatch, with the Falcons’ inadequate defense facing the Badgers’ monstrous line, with endless waves of power backs pouring through gaping holes. Wisconsin had a week off, and is eager to get up and go, with little to look forward to until Big 14 play commences in two weeks. In a crushing, Wisconsin (-27), for one unit.

Sunday

Broncos/SEAHAWKS OVER 49: The sustained So Cal heat wave took a lot out of the defending champs, and the Chargers running close to twice as many plays from scrimmage as the ’Hawks didn’t help. ’Cat loved Seattle in the Super Bowl, but as unfavorable as that matchup was for the Broncs, not expecting another Peyton Manning humiliation. Adjustments will be made, and Wes Welker is expected back. Track meet! Broncos/SEAHAWKS OVER 49, for one unit.

LAST WEEK: 0-2. Patriots/VIKINGS over 49, minus one unit; 49ers, minus one unit.

SEASON: 3-3.
