Rex Ryan, in an indirect way, gave a shout out to The Post yesterday. When asked by a Daily News reporter what kind of ’emotions’ he’ll have tomorrow in his first playoff game as a head coach, Ryan said. “You’ve been wanting me to cry for a long time in front of you guys…because you guys [the Daily News] missed it.”

Ryan, of course, was referring to The Post’s Nov. 17 exclusive about Ryan becoming so passionate during an address to the team that he brought himself to tears.

Said Ryan yesterday: “I’ll bawl like a baby if we win the Super Bowl.”
