Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller has turned himself in to police after an arrest warrant was issued after his pregnant girlfriend accused him of assaulting her in Dallas, according to multiple outlets.

According to the Dallas Morning News, Miller — who turned himself in to the Glenn Heights, Texas, Police Department on Thursday — now faces a charge of assault of a pregnant person.

The charge, a third-degree felony, comes with a potential sentence of two to 10 years and could include a fine of up to $10,000, per the Dallas Morning News.

Per ESPN, Miller was booked into the DeSoto Tri-City Jail and was released after posting bond.

Miller, 34, is accused of attacking the woman whom he’d had a long-term relationship with after there was an argument over her travel plans in which he turned “visibly angry” on Wednesday morning, the Dallas Morning News reported.

After the woman walked from the master bedroom to the office of their home, she slammed the door and Miller allegedly yelled for her to “get out” of the apartment.

As she tried to follow along with the directive, he allegedly shoved her before she yelled, “Stop, I’m pregnant.”

Miller then allegedly put his hand on her neck and applied pressure for about 3 to 5 seconds and later put both hands on her neck.

He also allegedly grabbed her phone and also threw her laptop on the ground before stomping on it.

The linebacker is also accused of pulling out of a chunk of the woman’s hair.

“My boyfriend is choking and hitting me. … I have bruises all over me,” she can be heard saying in a 911 call obtained by WFAA. “My hair is out.”

The Dallas Police Department confirmed to The Post that it received a call for a “major disturbance” around 11 a.m. local time, but Miller left before police arrived.

The woman, who allegedly suffered “minor abrasions” on her left hand and bruising on her neck, was treated for minor injuries but did not go to the hospital.

Per ESPN, Miller and the woman, who is six weeks pregnant, had been together for seven years.

She later downplayed the incident to WFAA, telling the outlet, “Things were blown way out of context” via text.

“No one assaulted anyone,” she texted. “This is insane. And sad.”

The Bills said they were aware of the situation.

“This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller,” the Bills said in a statement after the news went public. “We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”

The NFL released its own statement, saying it has been in contact with the club.

Miller, a DeSoto, Texas native who attended Texas A&M, is in the second year of his six-year, $120 million deal with the Bills, who are on their bye this week.
