Adam Endel — one of four commissioners who voted to cut The Juice loose — opted to wear his finest red-and-gold striped Chiefs tie at proceedings televised live around the cable world.

Endel said he decided to wear his Chiefs tie earlier in the week — as an inside joke with pals and to lighten the mood at the terribly serious hearing.

“I thought it would be noticed, maybe in Kansas City, but I didn’t think it’d get this big,” he told The Post on Thursday night.

“I was trying to keep it (the mood) light. We were all so nervous all week, it was just crazy.”

The Internet was hysterical over Endel’s choice in neckwear.

“This parole board dude trolling O.J in in Kansas City Chiefs tie,” tweeted comedian Sarah Colonna.

Endel, a 51-year-old native of Knob Noster, Missouri, swears he has no beefs with Simpson’s Buffalo Bills, an AFC rival of the Chiefs.

“No not at all (no problem with the Bills) – just the Raiders and Broncos,” Endel quipped.

Endel said colleagues supported his odd fashion choice.

Fellow commissioners Tony Corda and Susan Jackson, both Miami Dolphin fans, were only mad at themselves for not wearing aqua-colored Fins ties, according to Endel.
