Green Bay Packers running back Jamaal Williams was taken off the field on a stretcher and taken to a local hospital following a scary head hit during Thursday night’s game against the Eagles.

Williams is being evaluated for head and neck injuries after he was tackled by Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Derek Barnett following an 11-yard pass from Aaron Rodgers.

The Packers said Williams does have feeling and movement in all of his extremities.

The 24-year-old gave a thumbs-up while being wheeled off at Lambeau Field, with Barnett by his side.

The NFL reviewed the hit, according to the Fox broadcast, but did not eject Barnett. The Eagles were penalized 15 yards for unnecessary roughness on the hit.

Aaron Jones, the Packers only active back-up running back, scored on a three-yard run to finish off the 99-yard drive. Fullback Danny Vitale is also available out of the backfield.
