The Kansas City Chiefs fan who flashed a laser at Tom Brady during the AFC Championship game is unrepentant.

Dwyan Morgan, a 64-year-old electrician, refused to apologize for the stunt, telling Inside Edition he just wanted to distract the star quarterback after having a few beers.

“Nope,” he said when asked if he’d say sorry.

But Morgan insisted that he never meant to hurt Brady — or expected the incident to get so much attention.

“I didn’t think it would go this far,” he told Inside Edition. “I shouldn’t have done it.”

During the interview, Morgan demonstrated how he hit Brady with the laser using a picture of him on a TV screen.

Police tracked Morgan down a week after the Patriots’ comeback victory and charged him with a misdemeanor for disturbing the peace, which is punishable by up to a year in jail or a fine of up to $1,000.

And New England Patriots fans weren’t amused by the stunt, either. “Get a life,” one man told the program when asked if he had anything to say to Morgan.

Brady was unaware of the laser during the Patriots’ 37-31 overtime win, according to prosecutors.
