It sounds as if Patriots owner Robert Kraft may still be feeling the sting from watching Darrelle Revis jump ship and join the Jets last week.

Kraft was speaking at a St. Patrick’s Day breakfast in Boston on Sunday morning when he took a little dig at the Jets.

“I must tell you, I’m not comfortable wearing green and white because it reminds me of a certain New York football team,” he said.

A short time later, he referenced Revis, saying that “we’ve been taking a lot of flak about losing one of our best players.”

Revis signed a five-year, $70 million deal with the Jets last week, an offer the Patriots were not believed to be willing to come near. Kraft then made a remark that may have been a joke. It was difficult to tell.

“The money was about the same,” he said. “[Revis] was actually favoring us, coming to us a little cheaper.”

Kraft then said Revis demanded a Boston street, Castle Island, be renamed Revis Island and that was a deal breaker, drawing loud laughter.
