Steelers tight ends coach James Daniel has bigger worries than the team’s 0-1 start.

According to an ESPN report, Daniel is accused of assaulting and verbally accosting a Patriots fan before halftime of New England’s 28-21 win on Thursday night.

Daniel allegedly kicked the fan in the back of the leg and yelled at him. When he returned from halftime, the police confronted him about the incident and witnesses told the website the coach yelled at the officers.

The incident was not witnessed by NFL security, but the league is looking into it.
