While dining at ABC Kitchen with wife Gisele Bündchen, the Patriots quarterback appears to be flipping off a cab driver as he crosses the street with his main squeeze.

As the website Quem alleges, the cabbie endured the wrath of Brady for speeding down the street as he and his supermodel spouse made their way across the block.

Facing the possibility of his suspension being reinstated following the league’s appeal of his Deflategate victory, Brady could be taking his frustrations out on unsuspecting New Yorkers with a damning one-finger salute.
