SPF season is here, baby, and we couldn’t be more excited.

Not only are we super jazzed on all things SPF because of the UVA and UVB protection they provide but because some on the market are just so good and hydrating, we can’t seem to go without them in our day-to-day skincare routines.

But, one thing’s for sure — there’s a Persian buffet of SPF products on the market, from body sunscreens to moisturizers with SPF, that it can seem overwhelming to choose the very best one for you.

That’s why the New York Post Shopping team curated a custom edit of all the SPF products we can’t go without. Seriously, we asked each other, “What’s your favorite SPF product?” in our team meeting and the 21 products that made the cut below are the ones we all discussed.

What’s more, you’ll want to also pick up a feel-good bikini (or swim trunk), a practical beach wagon and cart and a portable outdoor cooler (or, a snazzy backpack cooler) ahead of warm-weather beach season.

For now, browse through the crème de la crème of SPF products that offer protection and silky-smooth hydration for every price point and skin type.

Sure, lots of sunscreens can say that, but the list is quickly narrowed when you realize it’s also comparable to many sports sunscreens on the market. It’s broad spectrum protection that is sweat- and water-resistant, and it feels like any body lotion you would apply anyway. The best kind of sunscreen is the kind you’ll want to wear, and this is one I want to wear every day.” — Barret Wertz, commerce editorial director

3. Banana Boat Sport Ultra SPF 100 Sunscreen Spray, $11

AmazonAmazon

“This is as basic as it gets, but I need a spray sunscreen with max SPF for my fair skin. 12. Clinique Superdefense City Block Daily Energy + Face Protector Broad-Spectrum SPF 50, $29 to $32

AmazonAmazon

“My face is extra sensitive and most facial sunscreens produce a burning sensation under my eyes — or worse, when it mixes with pool or beach water my under eye skin gets red rings of irritation, which is anything but ideal. I’ve found that this Clinique sunscreen has a gentler formula that also comes with little to no scent. I also love how it’s a peachy-orange color so it doesn’t leave behind white streaks if I don’t rub it in all the way.” — Rylee Johnston, commerce updates writer

This is a chemical sunscreen that goes on thick, but trust me, it’s worth it. And while it may seem like there’s a bit of a white cast at first, it rubs in like a dream, even if you’ve got a bit of a beard going on. No fuss, no muss — just serious sun protection that lasts all day long.” — Barret Wertz, commerce editorial director

15. Supergoop! Poof 100% Mineral Part Powder, $34

19. Equate Sport Broad Spectrum SPF 50 Lotion, $5

WalmartWalmart

“Hot take — One of the best broad-spectrum SPFs is from Walmart, and it’s cheap. Equate Sport Broad Spectrum Sunscreen Lotion, SPF 50 is essential for trips when you need to buy in bulk. Why? Despite its budget-friendly price tag, it’s often ranked as one of the top sunscreens by Consumer Reports. It’s simple without any frills, but it does what it was formulated to do well.” – Barret Wertz, commerce editorial director

20. Coppertone Sport Sunscreen Spray SPF 50 (3-Pack), $21

AmazonAmazon

“If I am going on vacation or spending hours upon hours outside and need fast and easy SPF, I go for this Coppertone Sport sunscreen spray. It’s affordable and protects well, which means you don’t need to be modest with coverage. Since spray sunscreens are often woefully under-applied — Harvard Health highlights how studies show many people apply only one-quarter of the needed amount — it is important to use be liberal with its coverage. — Barret Wertz, commerce editorial director

21. La-Roche Posay Anthelios Cooling Water Lotion Sunscreen SPF 60, $38

AmazonAmazon

“Do you know what sucks? Wearing greasy sunscreen that calls itself a body lotion in the hot summer months. Yet, as someone who has been at a higher risk of skin cancer for just about my entire life, I do my best not to skip a beat. Finding this changed the game. It is incredibly lightweight and, dare I say, refreshing?

There are many great options in the La Roche-Posay Anthelios collection, but if you’re vehemently opposed to feeling even hotter and sticker while just trying to exist in the summer, go for this one.” — Barret Wertz, commerce editorial director
