Every now and then, a home decor piece drops that captures everyone’s hearts and wallets: A green velvet Article couch, boucle-covered furniture, and of course, that mirror from Anthro that went viral (and up to $1,500 in price).
Listen, sometimes splurging on your home decor is worth it. But a lot of times, you’re just paying for the clout surrounding the brand, and aren’t we too grown for those marketing tricks?
Even if it wasn’t Prime Day (which it is, and the last day at that), I would be pursuing the e-retailer for more affordable options to the vintage style mirror because they have plenty, including one that I’ve just added to my cart along with about $300 plus worth of stuff.
Antok Arched Full Length Mirror
AmazonIf you’re searching for a replica of the coveted mirror from Anthropologie, this is it! The Antok Arched Full Length Mirror has an antique look, featuring an ornate embellishment at its crest. The glass is shatterproof, and there’s a U-shaped bracket in the back for extra stability. It comes in two styles (retro and luxury), in several different finishes and sizes. 20% off for Prime Day.
SweetCrispy Arched Full Length Mirror
AmazonIf minimalism is more of your style, you can’t do better than the SweetCrispy Arched Full Length Mirror. It’s large enough for all of your #OOTD selfie needs, and will make any space you place it in seem bigger by reflecting natural light. It can be wall-mounted or leaned against the wall, making it a renter-friendly option, too. Best of all, it’s less than $50 for Prime Day.
Antok Full Length Mirror
AmazonAnd finally, the mirror that was added to my cart for Prime Day (along with a few other “essentials”). Similar to the SweetCrispy Mirror, the Antok Full Length Mirror offers elegant lines and a sleek look. I loved it because of its width (19 inches), golden alloy frame, and polished finish. I’m thrilled at the idea of having it in my bedroom as much as I’m thrilled with its below $35 price point. I might buy another for my hallway.
Regardless of whether you’re heading to campus next month or revamping your space, Amazon’s Prime Day is the best time to save on big items like TVs, and smaller items too, like clothes or beauty.
I’ve scored everything at this shopping event, from my sweet alternative mirror to a very cute nightstand from Alohappy, and I may go back for more. But if I do, I’ll have to hurry, and so will you, because the sale ends tonight, and a lot of items are already losing their discounted price.
