Kyle McAlarney had 27 points to lead Moore Catholic to a 59-43 win over Iona Prep yesterday in CHSAA A playoff action at Mt. St. Michael’s.

Cardinal Hayes defeated St. Edmund’s, 70-45, also at the Mount. James Feldeine led the Cardinals with 18 points. Spellman knocked off Bishop Ford, 69-52, behind Manny Garcia’s 17 points. The Falcons will play St. John’s Prep on Saturday.

Today’s games at Ford begin at 2 p.m., with Stepinac-Nazareth, Fordham Prep-LaSalle at 3:30 and McClancy-Xavier at 5.
