FRAPPE LA RUE somebody in this field has to hit the wire first and this colt seems to have the best chance after dropping to this level in his last and finishing third 11 1/2 lengths behind the leader. DARING SAINT gelding showed little in five starts so far at Monmouth but did perk up in last two since getting blinkers, but wide trips didn’t help. HE HAS PASSION lives up to his name since he is the only horse out of the rest who has been in contention in more than one race in his career. Best of rest.

RUM DIARY has run out of steam in last two tries although they were at two turns. Cuts back to a sprint today for a move that barn excels with at 21% when trying and gets rider switch to bug. UNCENSORED Bluegrass Cat gelding drops and makes first start since September after weakening in last try. DANCE WITH BULL colt makes second start since late November, when he took a big step up since his debut but lost ground late when cutting mouth and bleeding.

Makes first start for new barn that combines with rider to win races at 33% so far this meet. SKIP AWAY BELLE Skip Away mare threw together a few decent starts at Monmouth, including late closing second-place finishes in last two starts. TANIVAN decent earner at Laurel earlier in the year before she was switched to the grass, where she faltered. Closed in last over slop and should return to better form here.

SWING EVEN Stephen Got Even filly has been knocking on the door as of late to break maiden after catching a muddy track in last and finishing behind a runaway winner after four previous turf starts. Big shot today. BETT ON RUTHIE another in here who has had her chances to get her picture taken. Weakened in her last in the slop and checked in third behind aforementioned horse. GIMME AN INCH was no match for winner in last start as the favorite. Picks up an extra furlong here and makes first start off claim for barn that wins at 30%.

WITTY KID Lemon Drop Kid gelding returns to the track after running three wide and tiring in the slop at Gulfstream as the favorite in March and makes debut off claim for barn that wins at 51% when returning with a new horse. MAGICAL DREAMER Proud Citizen gelding makes first start since mid-September after rallying to fall short by a half length at Monmouth and debuts for new barn. DOCTOR DINERO sheds the blinkers today after wearing them for last two starts and tries to best the rest of a weak bunch.

LIVING LAVIDA LETA Johannesburg filly enters this off a second -place finish as the favorite at Monmouth and gets a barn switch to trainer who wins at 36% when starting a new horse. WHISPER TOTHESOUTH caught a sloppy track in her last and closed well but not enough to get job done as the favorite. CERTAIN TO RAIN has been hitting board in last four tries and made a decent rail move in last in the slop ahead of the aforementioned runner.

ONE OF THE BEST West Acre gelding returns to favored added ground after running third at seven-furlong try in last. ASPIRING NICK Graeme Hall gelding makes third start off layoff and drops after giving way in last at today’s distance. LONDON TOWN Eddington gelding drops after chasing and catching horse for second and running out of ground. Should be there at wire with these.

BOLD AFFAIR Two Punch filly makes first start since July after finishing third in the $75K Dearly Precious Stakes at Monmouth. Previous start was five-wide length win in stakes over this track and owns a decent five-furlong work at Laurel last week for this.JEALOUS GIRL Petitionville filly faded in her last start, which was her first since August, and effort two back was in Grade 3 try at Saratoga. Decent breeze four days ago puts her in contention. AFTER THE APPLAUSE makes third start off two-month layoff after making a rail bid and falling short by a length in last.

KEY TO THE EMPIRE Empire Maker gelding broke maiden in last after running six wide early and drove to finish as the favorite. Now shortens a furlong here and switches to barn that excels at 36% when sending a new horse to the gate. CHAMPLEVE Artax gelding faltered in his last at two turns now cuts back to favorable sprint distance and tries to get back to previous form where he finished second in three consecutive starts. ONE FRENCH KISS Leroidesanimeaux gelding tries to build off of last start where he ran wide and closed too late to finish fourth at today’s conditions.
