SARATOGA SPRINGS – NYRA announced Saturday that Aqueduct and the Belmont Cafe will be closed for simulcasting on Sunday because of Hurricane Irene. A decision on whether Saratoga will hold live racing on Sunday will be made before the conclusion of Saturday’s card.
