The city of Austin, Texas could be undergoing a name change. Historical ties to the Confederacy and it pro-slavery stance have the city council considering taking action. Name changes are being considered for streets and parks as well the city itself. In a related story, the Stitch City tailors in Winnipeg, Manitoba are also being considered for an adjustment.
