SARATOGA SPRINGS – Barbaro remains in “stable but serious” condition, and radiographs of his fractured right hind leg “look good,” according to the latest reports from the New Bolton Center in Kennett Square, Pa., where the Derby champ is being treated in the intensive care unit.

It has been nearly two weeks since Barbaro developed a catastrophic case of the potentially fatal hoof ailment “laminitis,” but he has been resting comfortably since then.
