Power has been restored at Belmont Park, and the track will reopen for simulcasting today at 11 a.m.

Yesterday also is opening day at Aqueduct, with a first-race post time of 12:30 p.m. and full simulcast of the Breeders’ Cup races from Santa Anita available at both locations.

Aqueduct and the Belmont Café will offer wagering on all 10 Breeders’ Cup races, beginning at 2:15 p.m.
