Ronaldinho’s agent and brother claims English Premier League side Blackburn Rovers has been in contact with him — and says there is “other interest in England,” Sky Sports reported Monday.
Italian side AC Milan announced last week that it is willing to sell the former European Footballer of the Year for $10.5 million (£6.8 million).
The Brazil playmaker _ who has been a target for the Los Angeles Galaxy as well _ has six months remaining of his contract at the San Siro but Milan is willing to sell this month if the price is right.
Quoted in the (London) Daily Mirror, Ronaldinho’s agent and brother Roberto de Assis said, “Blackburn … contacted us. There is also other interest in England but this is confidential.”
