Ernest Rouse exploded for 34 points, including the game-winning layup with 15 seconds left in the fourth quarter, to lead Archbishop Molloy to a stunning upset of Christ the King, No. 2 in The Post’s New York City boys basketball rankings, 60-59, in front of a packed house at Jack Curran Gymnasium in Briarwood, Queens Friday night.

He was 11-of-25 from the field, including 6-of-11 from 3-point range, and 6-of-6 from the foul line. The senior guard buried a 3-pointer with 1:20 left in the fourth quarter to give the Stanners (5-4, 2-0 AA-Brooklyn/Queens) a 58-57 lead, but Maurice Barrow, who led the Royals with 18 points, tied the game from the foul line with 1:05 remaining.

After Rouse missed a 3-point attempt, T.J. Curry went 1-of-2 from the line to put Christ the King (6-2, 1-1) in front, 59-58, with 46 seconds left.

With 20 seconds left, Chris Dorgler (11 points, 10 rebounds) stole the ball and fed Rouse, who scored the winning layup, setting off a wild celebration at the final buzzer.

Dominykas Milka had 16 points and Omar Calhoun added 12 for the Royals.

Regis 66, Cardinal Spellman 55: Rob Mohen had 20 points, including shooting 9-of-11 from the foul line, and Conor Prior added 18 points, including 5-of-6 from the line, as Regis (5-7, 2-3 A-North) snapped a six-game losing streak. The Raiders, who led 31-20 at the half, were 19-for-24 from the line for the game.

Bishop Ford 74, St. John’s Prep 61: Justyn McMichael scored a game-high 38 points and Matt Hall (13 rebounds) and Naquan Ellerbe had 10 points apiece to lead Bishop Ford (9-4, 4-1 A-South), which has won five straight games. Dareem Collins had 17 points and Andre Florent and Michael Kaliampas had 11 points each for St. John’s Prep, which fell to 5-6, 3-2 in the division.

Bishop Loughlin 69, Xaverian 53: Jayvaughn Pinkston scored a game-high 30 points for Bishop Loughlin (10-1, 2-0 AA-Brooklyn/Queens), which ended the first half on a 13-0 run to give the Lions a 15-point halftime lead. Justin Exum had 23 points for Xaverian, which fell to 3-4, 0-2 in the division.

Iona Prep 54, Fordham Prep 52: Sandro Carissimo had a game-high 21 points to lead Iona Prep (9-2, 4-0 A-North), while Brandon Goldson scored 13 points for Fordham Prep, which fell to 4-8, 1-3 in the division.

Xavier 65, LaSalle 54: Patrick O’Grady had 16 points, Bobby Bruns added 13, Eddie Sullivan and Euroy Smith had 11 points apiece and Billy Hunter had 10 points for Xavier, which improved to 6-3, 4-3 in A-South. Franco Arias led LaSalle (1-7, 1-5 A-South) with 18 points.

St. Peter’s 59, St. Joseph by the Sea 53: Stefan Bock had 19 points and 16 rebounds and Trevor Sykes added 11 and 14 boards to lead St. Peter’s (10-2) Friday night in Huguenot. St. Joseph by the Sea (7-7) was led by Eddie Connelly’s 19 points, while Anthony Cipriano chipped in with 12.

Port Richmond 72, Monsignor Farrell 59: Tom Curry had 14 points, Adem Oyefeso had 12 points, Brian Gillis added 12 and Steve Strommen had 11 for Port Richmond (9-5) Friday night in Oakwood. Tom Delahanty and Joe Busacca scored 12 points apiece for Monsignor Farrell, which fell to 4-10.

Curtis 72, Moore Catholic 45: James Timmins had a game-high 17 points, DeShawn Richmond added 13 and Jonathan Annan had 10 for Curtis (14-2) Friday night at Moore. The Mavericks, which fell to 3-9, were led by David Acres, who had 13 points, while Dillon Cassese and Scott Schaefer had 10 points apiece.
