No. 7 Archbishop Stepinac 66, Blessed Sacrament 45:Conroy Baltimore netted 15 points, James Chillemi dropped 12 points and Naim Thomas added 10 to lead Archbishop Stepinac (2-0) Friday night in White Plains. David Rucker had 18 points and Malcolm Covington added 11 for Blessed Sacrament in its season opener.

Bishop Ford 56, Monsignor McClancy 49: Joshua Balgrove scored 15 points, Eric Kippins II had 10 and Arend Augusts netted nine points for Bishop Ford in a season and league-opening win against Monsignor McClancy (1-1, 0-1) Friday night in Brooklyn. Jonathan Veloz had 16 points for the Crusaders.

Sacred Heart 57, St. Agnes 42: D’Andre McPhatter paced Sacred Heart with 14 points and Joel Villa added 11 in its season opener Friday in Yonkers. Bryan Hawkins netted a game-high 18 points for St. Agnes (0-2).

St. Peter’s 51, McKee/Staten Island Tech 48: Patrick Fennell had 13 points and Stefan Bock added 12 points for St. Peter’s (2-0), which nearly blew a 19-point lead in a SIHSL victory Friday night in New Brighton. Osa Izevbuw led McKee/Staten Island Tech (4-4) with 14 points, Kareem Martin had nine, as did Javon Cox, whose apparent tying 3-pointer in the waning seconds was waved off by officials, who ruled he had traveled on the play leading up to the shot.

Susan Wagner 60, St. Joseph by the Sea 51: Tyrese Campbell scored 16 points and Ilya Pressler and Andrey Pakholskiy netted 14 points apiece to lead Susan Wagner (2-1) in a SIHSL victory Friday night in Sea View. Mike Nierva scored a game-high 21 points for St. Joseph by the Sea (0-3), which furiously rallied in the fourth quarter from an 18-point deficit.

No. 9 St. Francis Prep 78, Richmond Hill 34: Glyne Straker netted 22 points and Joey Salerno added 17 points for St. Francis Prep (2-0) Thursday night in Fresh Meadows. Saquan Chambers scored 17 points for Richmond Hill.
