St. Francis Prep struck first with division positioning on the line against Mary Louis.

Katie Derby allowed just an unearned run, six hits and struck out 10 to help lead the Terriers to a 4-1 win over the visiting Hilltoppers in CHSAA Brooklyn/Queens softball Monday at Cunningham Park. She also went 2-for-3 with a double. Kristen McGoldrick was also 2-for-3 for SFP (6-1), ranked fifth in the city by The Post.

Second baseman Kerri Surdi turned a key double play in the sixth with No. 8 Mary Louis (6-2) putting runners on second and third. The two teams meet again 3:45 p.m. Tuesday at Cunningham. A win sets up a first-place showdown between St. Francis Prep and division league Molloy on Friday.

Christ the King 7, St. Edmund 4: Amanda Gauthier allowed just four hits and struck out two over seven innings for Christ the King (2-7) in CHSAA Brooklyn/Queens. Erica Eddy scored twice and threw out three runners from behind the plate. St. Edmund is 0-9.

Archbishop Molloy 13, Fontbonne Hall 0: Dana Moss was 2-for-4 with three RBIs and Alana Gallagher had two hits and two RBIs for Archbishop Molloy (9-0) in CHSAA Brooklyn/Queens. Maria Palmeri allowed two hits and walked three over five innings for the win. Fontbonne is 3-6.

CHSAA STATEN ISLAND

St. John Villa 10, St. Peter’s 2: Mary Curatolo went 2-for-3 with three run scored and three stolen bases for St. John Villa (6-5) in CHSAA Staten Island. Brittany Smith collected two hits, two RBIS and stole three bases. Ariana Trembone scored twice had three steals. St. Peter’s is 1-6.
