Don’t look for the Cowboys to draft Tim Tebow or for Bill Parcells to return to the Dallas organization.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was recorded, presumably with a cell phone, bashing the Florida quarterback and his former coach. Parcells, who won a Super Bowl with the Giants and led the Jets to AFC Championship, was the head coach of the Cowboys from 2003-06.
Jones, sounding drunk, says Parcells is “ Not worth a [expletive].”
Jones was asked if he would take Tebow in the third round in next week’s NFL Draft.
“Why? He’d never get on the field. I can’t get him out there,” Jones said.
