Cristiano Ronaldo won’t face criminal charges stemming from a model-turned teacher’s claim that the soccer superstar raped her in 2009 after a night of clubbing in Las Vegas, prosecutors said Monday.

Prosecutor Steve Wolfson said that, after reviewing the renewed police investigation into the case, the sexual assault allegation can’t be proven beyond a reasonable doubt and no charges will be filed.

Vegas native Kathryn Mayorga, now 34, claimed the Portuguese soccer phenom assaulted her in his Palms Casino Resort suite while the two were partying with others nearly a decade ago.

She reported the alleged rape to cops at the time — but she and the footballer reached an out-of-court settlement a year later where Ronaldo reportedly paid her $375,000 to keep quiet.

Vegas cops reopened an investigation into the claim.

Meanwhile, Mayorga’s lawyers filed a civil suit to get the non-disclosure agreement tossed out.

Ronaldo, 34, has repeatedly denied the allegation. His attorney, Peter Christiansen has said the sex was consensual.
