Curtis High football standout Dominique Easley verbally committed to Penn State following an official visit this weekend, the dominant defensive lineman told The Post yesterday.

Considered New York City’s top prospect, Easley (6-foot-3, 255 pounds) chose the Nittany Lions over Oregon, Florida and Michigan, among others.

“I just had a good feeling about Penn State,” said Easley, who attended fifth-ranked Penn State’s 31-6 victory over Temple with his father, David.

While at Penn State, Easley met with starting defensive tackle Ollie Ogbu, who played at St. Joseph by the Sea on Staten Island. Easley will join two other New Yorkers, former John F. Kennedy stars Stephfon Green and Stephen Obeng-Agyapoong.

“You win the Big Ten, you’re playing in a BCS bowl,” Curtis coach Peter Gambardella said. “That’s a big draw.”

A three-year starter at Curtis, Easley leads the city in sacks with seven and has a team-high 25 tackles for the Warriors (3-1).
