One-time St. John’s recruit Jevon Thomas verbally committed to Dayton and new head coach Archie Miller Tuesday night, multiple sources confirmed with the Post. The 5-foot-11 point guard from Queens who attends Quality Education (N.C.) initially committed to the Red Storm but de-committed in July.
The 22nd-ranked point guard in the Class of 2012, he was recruited to Dayton by assistant Allen Griffin, a Brooklyn native and former Robeson star.
