Futures Game finally ended, lasted nearly seven hours, World wins 7-5. Tough to beat the World.

At the Futures Game in St. Louis. There are three NY reps, Mets pitcher Jenrry Mejia had to pull out because of a strained middle finger on his pitching hand. The injury was only supposed to be a few days but has lingered — some things never change around the Mets.
