Bud Selig let Jason Giambi off the hook and won’t face punishment for steroid use because of his “charitable work” and for cooperating with the investigation.

Giambi has admitted he has a “personal history regarding steroids.” He agreed to speak with former Sen. George Mitchell last month after Selig threatened to discipline him if he refused to cooperate.
