Notre Dame and Bishop Kearney will have to wait to see who will take on Fontbonne for the CHSAA Brooklyn/Queens title.
Lisa Pulkoski scored off a rebound to tie the score at 2 with less than a minute left in the semifinals at Kaiser Park Thursday. The game was called because of darkness at the end of regulation and will be picked up 2:45 p.m. Saturday at East River Park. The winner plays the Bonnies in the final, Sunday at 4:30 p.m. at Aviator Sports Complex
“It just got too dark and the refs couldn’t see,” Notre Dame coach Mike Pfeiffer said. “I’m surprised they didn’t call it earlier. … I thought we were going to win.”
Junior Emma Pichel scored on a blast from 18 yards midway through the second half to give Notre Dame (9-1-1), which is searching for it first ever final appearance, a 2-1 lead. Jillian Lehner score off a pass from Pichel to tie the score at 1. Christina Abbate gave Kearney (11-2-1), the defending champion, the early lead off a pass from Emily Mason. Pfeiffer credited Pichel and the defense for containing the Tigers attack.
“Today something was wrong,” Kearney coach Charlie Candela said. “I can’t tell you what it is. My kids they were nervous on the field. We couldn’t finish. … If they want to go to the final they have to do better.”
Fontbonne Hall 1, Christ the King 0: Katie Henderson scored the winner of a pass from Colleen Ryan in the 30th minute for Fontbonne Hall (13-0). Christ the King finishes 9-6.

Trinity 2, Dalton 1: Klara Jenkins scored the winner off a pass from Kara Freedman with 15 minutes left in the NYSAISAA quarterfinals. Izzy Wiggins tied the score at 1-1. Horace Mann moves on to play No. 2 St. Anne’s 2:45 p.m. Friday in the semifinals. Dalton is 7-7-2
Staten Island Academy 2, Fieldston 1: Danielle Fuller scored twice on assists from Amanda Moschella and Sarah Valero for No. 8 Staten Island Academy (13-3-1). Tori Schmidt scored with 8:00 left in the game for No. 1 Fieldston (13-4-1) to cut the lead to 2-1. Staten Island Academy takes n No. 4 Hackley 2:45 p.m. Friday in the semifinals.
