Tina Tinaj had nine kills and Lucia Garcia had five kills for the Explorers (10-2). Daveta Anderson added two blocks. Chloe Lohmann and Starzia Otero each had five kills for Walton (5-6), which needs one win to make the postseason.
Tottenville 2, New Dorp 1: Sara Hwang had six kills and 10 digs to lead Tottenville (8-3) in Staten Island A9. Emily Chow had eight assists, Megan Kane had 11 digs and Monica Park added 10 digs for the Pirates. New Dorp is 3-7 and, with the loss, is eliminated from playoff contention.
Bryant 2, Hillcrest 0: Kristina Kozlitina had five kills and Marta Armatys had seven assists to lead Bryant (11-1) to a 25-18, 25-9 win in Queens A8. Zlatina Baeva added seven aces. Hillcrest is 0-11.

Manhattan Bridges 2, FDA 1: Anyeri Mejia and Leyla Hernandez each had six digs and Mejia had four kills for Manhattan Bridges (1-8) in Manhattan B8. FDA is 4-6.
