Tiger Woods’ furious wife called New York party girl Rachel Uchitel about 90 minutes before the golf great’s bizarro car crash, yelling at her, “I know everything” — and hurling a cellphone at him, busting his tooth, it was reported yesterday.

“She then grabbed a golf club and chased him around the house, doing tens of thousands of dollars of damage,” Star magazine quoted a source as saying. “Tiger ran out to his Escalade barefoot to get away from her.”

He plowed into a fire hydrant and a neighbor’s tree as he tried to peel out of his driveway at around 2:30 a.m. Nov. 27.
