RIGHT FROM THE ‘SCRIPT: Al Gore III pleaded guilty yesterday to possession of pot and five pre scription drugs for which he had no prescription. Of course, that doesn’t mean he’s guilty. The plea can be withdrawn and the charges dropped if he completes his latest special treatment program. What isn’t clear is whether someone can withdraw the plea for him just in case AG3 is too stoned to do it himself.
