Breastfeeders were out in force Friday on the A- Train in their annual push for the enactment of a “breastfeeding bill of rights” law. It’s similar to the Constitution’s Bill of Rights, but instead of the right to bear arms, it grants women the right to bare breasts . . . Obama is in Mexico for a two-day summit to dis cuss, among other things, the immigration problem. The President is expected to issue an apology for the U.S. causing the problem by being such a desirable place to live.
