GOOD NEWS FOR PERVERTS: Much to the delight of the ACLU, the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled this week that towns can’t ban sex offenders from living near parks, schools or other places where children con gregate. So if you’re scoring at home, that’s Perverts 1, Children 0. The ruling could generate some inviting new slogans for Jersey tourism, such as: “Come to the Gar den State — Where perverts are cultivated,” or “Come to New Jersey — We’re perv- friendly;” or “New Jersey: It not only stinks, it’s also perverted.” hondo@nypost.com
