Hondo took a small beating yesterday because of Anthony Affrunti’s horse sense, losing at the Big M with Always in Love in the second and Amenable in the fourth. In the only positive development, Mr. Aitch scratched out of an Amenable/Sea of Trees ex acta box in the fourth, so the earnings were trimmed only to 495 arcaros.
